Giant Bat Flower

@Peggy Picot: This picture does not give the flower justice. It stands about 3-4 feet in height and the "tenticles" hang to the floor. It is stunning. I heard on the radio that it was it's only kind in the state of North Carolina and that it would only be in bloom for about a week. So I rushed right over to get a pic before it's blooming season ended. I was amazed at it. Thanks for stopping by again Peggy.
